Uninstall the game and download the amazon AppStore (click here to download directly) after that create a new account if you won't have one before after that install the game from there and boom you have successfully solved the problem
I also heard about the same issue on Huawei so this method is also valid for Huawei users
if after doing all the steps game still not working then go to playstore and turn off playprotect
