Traffic requirements

The minimum traffic requirement for Adsense approval is zero(0) yeah need don't need minimum traffic to your site in order to get approved by Adsense still I recommend you to have at least 50-100 views to your site to make a 100% chance of approval.

Content requirements

You must have at least 20-25 posts in order to get approval on the first attempt otherwise you may be rejected by Adsense with little or no added value errors so I would recommend you to post a minimum of 20 articles in order to avoid error little or no added value 

Important Pages

You must have to create important pages such as About-Us, Contact-Us, Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy These are the pages that are compulsory to have on your site if you don't include these pages then you will get an error message by google team saying your site did not meats the AdSense program policy

Theme settings

You must have a responsive mobile friendly theme for Adsense to be approved properly manage all your links add important pages on your footer or header section off your site and check all the links to ensure that they are working properly

Unique Content

Don't copy someone else content on your site it will not be approved by Adsense always use your own content and write all the posts with least 800+ words to get Google Adsense approval fastly don't spin or translate others content because google algorithm detect it very easily and also it will change the sense of the article and that's why you are getting low-value content also make sure it is 100% unique and plagiarism free

Index all your site pages into google search results through Google webmaster tools also add a sitemap of your site in webmaster so that every new post that you can publish on your site will be automatically index by google bots

How to Solve Low-value content-Adsense

If after you have followed all the steps and still getting errors on your AdSense then here is what are you missing You might be using old content that is not required by the user or google or even possible that google has many results on a specific topic so I recommend you to use google trends to see which topic is being searched in google

Use the proper heading tags as you see in this article and divide each section of your site with different headings such as h1, h2, h3 and so on writing such content that conveys your message properly and using Grammarly will remove grammatical errors in your article which will remove the low-value error and make your article unique.

I am also getting this error and when I see my site carefully I found that all my content has been bold and using h4 and h3 heading tags that are making my content look low-value here is a screenshot of that article how it is looking
